When to Use

The optimal time to use Twilio in the WhenThen no-code environment is after the payment has been processed. You can add in our Twilio action node to communicate with your customers about their transaction or any follow up steps that may be necessary.

How to Use

To use Twilio within the WhenThen platform, simply drag the action node or trigger node onto the no-code canvas and in the configuration panel you will be given the following actions to choose from:

Action node:

  • Call Phone: Call a number(s) with a specific message
  • Send SMS: Send an SMS to the number(s) provided in the automation flow

Trigger node:

  • Call is finished on your Twilio number
  • SMS is sent to your Twilio number

Example Use Cases

If the customer’s credit card is issued in the USA and his shipping address is not US and his billing address is not US as well then send an SMS about this purchase to a consumer.
